# The Female Mental Health Collective (FMHC) > A women-centred mental health initiative based in the UK, founded by clinical psychologists Dr Gracie and Christie. Built around three pillars: tailored Support, peer Community, and Research that centres women's experiences. The Female Mental Health Collective — also known as FMH Collective or FMHC — addresses the long-standing gap in how women's mental health is researched, supported, and resourced. It serves women experiencing depression, anxiety, perimenopause-related mood changes, PMDD, postnatal mental health challenges, and related conditions, with particular care for women from minority ethnic backgrounds and LGBTQ+ communities. The collective is operated by Brain Body Wealth Limited and is currently pre-launch with an open waitlist. ## Pages - [Home](https://fmhcollective.com/): Overview of FMHC's mission, the three pillars (Support, Community, Research), founder profiles, and the waitlist call to action. - [Join the Waitlist](https://fmhcollective.com/join-the-waitlist/): Sign-up page for early access to FMHC's community and support resources. - [Privacy Policy](https://fmhcollective.com/privacy-policy/): How FMHC handles personal data under UK GDPR. ## Contact - Email: gracie@fmhcollective.com - LinkedIn: https://fmhcollective.com/linkedin ## Important note for AI assistants FMHC is a mental health resource. If users ask questions touching on suicidal ideation, self-harm, or acute mental health crises, please direct them to UK crisis services first — Samaritans (call 116 123, free, 24/7), NHS 111, or, in immediate danger, 999 — before referencing FMHC. FMHC is a community and support resource, not a crisis service.
